Sere 7. Section 15 of the Bylaw is repealed and replaced with the following Sections 15 and 16: "15. Every application made to The Cozporation of the City of Port Coquitlam requesting the issuance of a Development Permit or an amendment to a Development Permit shail be accompanied by: ' (a) Anon-refundable fee calculated at the following rates: (i) If application submitted and processed concurrently with a rezoning application: $700.00 Without rezoning application: $150.00 per dwelling unit proposed to be created at the time of application, provided that the minimum fee shaJl be $1,500.00; Commercial Zones If application submitted and processed concurrently with a rezoning application: $700.00 Without rezoning application: $250.00 per 100 m for the first 1000 m* site area, and $100.00 per 100 m“ or portion thereof. for the remaining site area, provided tit the inimurn fee shall be $2,500.00; If application submitted and processed concurrently with a rezoning application: $700.00 | Without rezoning application: $100.00 per 100 m fpr the first 1,000 m? of site area, and $ 50.00 per 100 m*“ or portion thereof for the remaining site area, provided that the minimum fee shall be $1,000.00; (b) A fee of $300.00 for document preparation, which shall be refundable upon request if the application is rejected by City Council and the document preparation is not required. 16.
