That this application be approved to proceed for rezoning from RS-1 (Large Lot Residential) to RM-5 (Downtown Apartment Residential) under section 963 of the Municipal Act subject to: (a) Completion of a design to the satisfaction of the Director of Planning; (b) Satisfaction of Engineering Departmert requirements; (c) Submission of landscaping plans to the satisfaction of the Parks and Recreation Department; (d) Satisfaction of Building Department cencerns; ’ (e) Consolidation of the properties -into one lot; (£) The project being subject to 1993 rates for Development Cost Charges; and (g) Issuance of a Development Permit; That the Planning Department be authorizec -5 draft Development Permit #72/93; and That the Mayor and Clerk be authorized to sign the documents when completed subject to the conditions noted etove. 16!
