Those certain parcels of land situated in Port Coquitlam, British Columbia which are more particularly described as: Lot 12, 13, & 14 District Lot 379 Group One Plan 17609 New Westminster District are hereby rezoned from RM-2 (Low Density Apartment) to RM-5 (Downtown Apartment Residential) and the Zoning Map of the "Port Coquitlam Zoning Bylaw, 1987, No. 2240" is hereby amended to reflect this rezoning.
