BYLAW NO, 2724
A Bylaw to amend the "Port Coquitlam Zoning Bylaw, 1987, No. 2240"

The Municipal Council of The Corporation of the City of Port Coquitlam, in open meeting
assembled, enacts as follows:

1, That certain parcel of land situated in Port Coquitlam, British Columbia which is more
particularly described as:

Lot 11

District Lot 379

Group One

Plan 17609

New Westminster District

is hereby rezoned from A-1 (Agricultural) to RM-5 (Downtown Apartment Residential) and
the Zoning Map of the "Port Coquitlam Zoning Bylaw, 1987, No. 2240" is hereby amended
to reflect this rezoning.

Those certain parcels of land situated in Port Coquitlam, British Columbia which are more
particularly described as:

Lot 12, 13, & 14

District Lot 379

Group One

Plan 17609

New Westminster District

are hereby rezoned from RM-2 (Low Density Apartment) to RM-5 (Downtown Apartment
Residential) and the Zoning Map of the "Port Coquitlam Zoning Bylaw, 1987, No. 2240" is
hereby amended to reflect this rezoning.

This Bylaw' may be cited for all purposes as "Port Coquitlam Zoning Bylaw, 1987, No.
2240, Amendment Bylaw, 1992, No. 2724".

Read a first time by the Municipal Council this 28th day of September, 1992.
Read a second time by the Municipal Council this 28th day of September, 1992.
Public Hearing held this 19th day of October, 1992.
