That N.D. Lea Consultants Ltd. be appointed as Consulting Engineers for
the Coast Meridian Road and Prairie Avenue reconstruction projects at an
astimated cost of $96,925 (including GST).

And that $111,464 ($96,925 pius 15% contingency) be ailecated from the
1992 Public Works Capital Budget for this purpose.

Naturalists.
