THE CORPORATION OF THE CITY OF PORT COQUITLAM

BYLAW NO. 2581

The Municipal Council of The Corporation of the City of Port Coquitlam, in
open meeting assembled, enacts as follows:

1. That certain parcel of land situated in Port Coquitlam, British Columbia
which is more particularly described as: '

North 90 feet of Lot 2
Section 6, Block 6, North Range 1 East
New Westminster District
Plan 8560
is hereby rezoned from A-1 (Agricultural) to RS-2 (Small Lot Residential)

and the Zoning Map of the “Port Coquitlam Zoning Bylaw, 1987, No. 2240" is
hereby amended to reflect this rezoning.

This Bylaw may be cited for all purposes as "port Coquitlam Zoning Bylaw,
1987, No. 2240, Amendment Bylaw, 1991, No. 2581".

Read a first time by the Municipal Council this 8th day of April, 1991.
Read a second time by the Municipal Council this 8th day of April, 1991.

Public Hearing held this 29th day of April, 1991.
