BYLAW NO.2512

A Bylaw to amend the “Port Coquitlam Zoning Bylaw, 1987, No. 2240”

The Municipal Council of The Corporation of the City of Port Coquitlam,
open meeting assembled, enacts as follows:

Section 101 of the “Port Coquitlam Zoning Bylaw, 1987, No. 2240"
amended by inserting the following definition between the uefinitions
"Lane" and "Lot":

“LIGHT INDUSTRIAL:

Light Industrial Use means an industrial use taking place entirely
within a building and that produces no noise, smoke, smell, toxic
fumes, vibration and/or electrical or electronic interference that
may in any way interfere with the residential use of any other land.”

Section 1003(2) of the Bylaw is amended by renumbering sub~sections (b) to
(f) as sub-sections (c) to (g), respectively, and inserting the following
as sub-section (b):

"(b) Light Industrial”.

This Bylaw may be cited for all purposes as the “Port Coquitiam Zoning
Bylaw, 1987, No. 2240, Amendment Bylaw, 1989, No. 2512”.
