THE CORPORATION OF THE CITY OF PORT COQUITLAM 2272 McAllister Avenue Port Coquitlam, 8.C. V3C 2A8 (the "City") WHEREAS the Owner is the registered owner of the Lands herein defined and has requested the City to grant to her permission to make the Encroachment herein defined; AND WHEREAS the City agrees to grant the Owner's request subject to the provisions of the City's bylaws as amended trom time to time and subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement; NOW THEREFORE THIS AGREEMENT WITNESSES THAT in consideration of the premises, the covenants herein contained, and other good and valuable consideration THE PARTIES HEREBY AGREE AS FOLLOWS: The Owner is the registered owner of those certain lands situate in Port Coquitlam, British Columbia which are more particularly described as: (the "Lands"), Lot C, Block 1, District Lot 379, Group 1, New Westminster Land District, 16549 The City grants to the Owner permission to use that portion of a highway in the City which is shown outlined in red on that certain sketch attached as Schedule "A" hereto, and which is further described as: (the "Encroachment"), dwg 87~544 by W.G. Roper and Associates and all excavation and other work or construction now or hereinafter performed in connection therewith (al! of which are the "works'') shall be confined to the areas in red on Schedule WAM. The Owner shall pay to the City the sum of one dollar ($1.00), receipt of which is hereby acknowledged by the City.
