Counci! Meeting Schedule

RECOMMENDATION:

"That the Council meeting schedule set forth in the form of a
Public Notice and attached to this memorandum providing for
atternate week Council meetings from May 14th, 1984 until
September 24th, 1984 be approved."

BACKGROUND AND COMMENTS:

it is our understanding that some desire has been expressed by
various Council. members to hold Council maetings on an
alternate week basis now that the budget discussions have been
concluded. A schedule is attached that could be followed by
Council and automaticatly misses the Mondays that are statutory
holidays.

Due to the scheduling demands of Zoning Public Hearings, etc.,
it is necessary that we know a fair distance in advance of
Council's plans...
