This property is located on the West side of Shaughnessy. Street south of Lincoln Avenue and has the civic address of 2160 and 2172 Lincoln Avenue. It is expected that following completion of the rezoning procedures a 32 unit townhouse development consisting of twenty-two three-bedroom units and ten four-bedroom units will be constructed on the property.
