Re: Closure and Sale of Donald Street Road Allowance

The portion of Donald Street lying between Kingsway and Elgin
has now been offielally closed. Council has received an application
from Elgin Management Ltd. to purchase this portion of road at the
rate of $9.00 per square foot. This sale has been posted and it may
be possible to deal with this matter further at Monday night's meeting.

I will provide a further report for Council on Monday evening
after the results of the posting are known.
