. WHEREAS certain works of Local Improvement have been constructed in the

City and it is intended to impose a frontage tax upon the parcels of
land benefitting or abutting the work under authority of the following
‘Local Improvement Assessment By~lawa:
“Hamilton Street (3600 Block) Pavement, Extruded Concrete Curb and
Storm Sewer Local Improvement Assessment By~law, 1979, No. 1690";
"Essex Avenue Paving, Extruded Concrete Curb and Storm Sewer Local
Improvement Assessment By-law, 1980, No. 1729";
"Newberry Street Paving, Extruded Concrete Curb and Storm Sewer
“Local Improvement Assessment By-law, 1980, No, 1730";
AND WHEREAS it 4s required that a Frontage Tax Assessment Roll be prepared by

the Collector and authenticated by the Courc of Ravision;

NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Collector prepare Frontage Tax Assessment

Rolls with respect to the above noted Assessment By-laws

AND THAT the first sitting of the Court of Revision to consider and deal with

the said Frontage Tax Assessinent Rolls be held at @ pe on Mod
PF nad, vid. at the Port Coquitlam City Hall, 2272 McAllister Avenue,

Port Coquitlam, B.C., and from time to time thereafter as may be convenient and

necessary.
