Lot 2, Blk. P, District Lot 466, Plan 16570 The subject Property is 82-feet wide by 149 feet deep. There is a relatively old house Situated on the property. The location of the house is such that Subdivision into two 41-foot lots is impossible unless the house is removed or extensively altered. In discussing with the Chief Building Inspector, he indicated that alteration of the existing house to the point where Subdivision is possible would be very complicated and he foresees a great deal of problems. Although the property is located in an area where there are small lots in the blocks to the north and to the west, all the other properties within the block where the subject property is located are relatively large lots. Therefore to allow this property to be subdivided into two small lots does not appear to meet the intent of the RS-lAzone. The Committee reconmends that the rezoning application be disappreved, -AA L. Lea, City Planner.
