Oxford Street to Westwood Strect.

Z Permitted Sinns:
Signs permitted in the Zoncs in which they are located, as repulated
therein, subjece to the following conditions and exceptions:

(a) No billboard signs or roof signs shall be permitted.

(b) No sign shall project ‘more than 300 om (0.98 feet) horizontally
fron the face or wall of the building to which dt is attached.

Qc) No Aliuminated sign or part thereof shall extend or project above .
the reof-line of the building to which /t is attached except in the C-3 Zone
where no sign shall project more than 122 wm (3.94 feet) above the roof of the
building.

(8) Ho animated signs shall be permitted.

(c} On lots 4000 2 (43,055.64 square feet) in size or less two free~

standing signs shall be permitted provided that:

i. Each sign has an aree not greater than 5.50% (59.20 square Feet).

ai. The eigus are Jocated at least 30 m (98.43 fect) apart.
44. Esch sign advertises a use occurring on the lor on which it is
Jeocated and both signs do not advertise the same use.

ALL other provisions of this By-law are observed.
