The Municipal Council of The Corporation of the City of Port Coquitlam

will hold a Public Hearing in the Council Chambers, Port Coquitlam City Hall,
2272 McAllister Avenue, on Monday, July 30th, 1979 at 7:30 p.m. to consider
the following proposed by-law to amend the "City of Port Coquitlam Zoning

By-law, 1979, No. 1651",

By-law No. 1682: to remove the Zone Designation of RS~2

assigned to:

Lot 745 and Lot 746 of a Plan of Subdivision in process

.of Lots 2 and 3, both of Lot 1 of the Northeast Quarter

of Section 6, Township 40, Plan 9752, New Westminster District,

prepared by RT. Redfern of R.T. Redfern and Associates,

B.C.L.S., under Job No. 5188-1, and assigning the Zone

Designation of RS~1 thereto. . , |

This property ts located at 759 and 767 Prairie Road and is

being rezoned in order that the said Lots 745 and 746 may

be created as single family residential lots with the balance

‘of the property located at those addresses to remain zoned

RS-2,

A copy of the proposed By-law, the Plan of R.T. Redfern, B.C.L.S.,
referred to therein, and other relevant documents may be inspected in the Office
‘of the city Clerk, Port Coquitlam City Hall, at the address given above, between
the hours of 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., on working days, July 19th to July 30th,
1979.

All persons who deem their interest in property affected by the
proposed by-law shall be afforded an opportunity to be heard at the Public

Hearing on matters contained in the by-law.
