I attach hereto for your attention agenda material
for the Annual General Meeting of he Lower Mainland
Municipal Association to be held at the Burnaby Lake Rawing
Pavilion on Thursday, 22nd February, 1979, commencing at
6:30 p.m., and should be glad if you would reproduce
sufficient copies for those members of your Council who
will be in attendance. A brief upon dyking is presently
being prepared, and a copy will be sent to you as quickly
as possible. Your attention is drawn to the bar arrangements,
which are now on a 'No Host' basis.

Would you please let me know no Jater than 5:00 p.m. on
Monday, the 19th February, the names of those persons fron
your municipality who will be attending the meeting.
