Attached hereto is a print of the above mentioned
subdivision plan which is acceptable to the undersigned for
approval. It is the intention of the Leisure Activities
Committee that this Fox Street Park site be placed before
the electorate in the form of a referendum this fall prior
to dedication of the property for park purposes. Would you
please arrange to place this subdivision for Council's
consideration so that the plan can be executed by the Mayor
and Clerk.

Lot 380, Group One, Plan 11048, New Westminster District, prepared by W.E.

Frith, B.C.L.S., and completed on May 13th, 1977, wherein a portion of the
said Lot A is dedicated as road be approved;
AND THAT His Worship the Mayor and City Clerk be authorized to

sign the said Subdivision Plan on behalf of the City and affix the Corporate

Seal thereto.
