That as recommended in a report from the City Administrator, March 19th,
1976, Ms. Janna Taylor, Recreution Director, be authorized to attend the B.C.
Recreation Conference in Victoria from April 28th to May 2nd, 1976, and that
her expenses in connection therewith be paid by the City. Carried.

From the City Administrator, March 19th, 1976, advising that the Senior
By-law Officer has requested authority to attend a Seminar and Workshop in
Kelowna, June 23rd to 25th, 1976, being sponsored by the B.C. Licence
Inspectors Association.

1976, Mr. R.G. Criggie, Senior By-law Officer, be authorized to attend a
Seminar and Workshop in Kelowna, June 23rd to 25th, 1976, being sponsored by
the B.C. Licence Inspectors Association, and that his expenses in connection
therewith be paid by the City. Carried.

From the City Administrator, March 19th, 1976, advising that the
Senior Building Inspector has requested authority to attend the 1976
Conference of the B.C. Association of Building Inspectors, May 5th to
7th, 1976.

19th, 1976, Mr. N. Chernoff, Senior Building Inspector, be authorized to
attend the 1976 Conference of the B.C. Association of Building Inspectors
in Vernon, May 5th to 7th, 1976, and that his expenses in connection
therewith be paid by the City. Carried.

From the City Engineer, March 16th, 1976, submitting a copy of a
sketch he had received for tentative subdivision approval, which outlines
nine proposed lots, and advising that the property is zoned RS-1 (Low-
Density Residential), with the proposed lots meeting the Subdivision of
Land By-law in every way except for frontage,

That pursuant to a memorandum from the City Engincer, March 16th, 1976,
the developer of a proposed subdivision of Lot 2, of Lot A, of the North half
