Attached is a Report from the Planning and Zoning Committee dated September. 17th,
1975. dealing with the rezoning of two duplex lots on Pitt’River Road to RM-3 to
permit the conversions of two duplexes to two four-plexes. Council will recall
“that this application was. deferred at the last Council meeting as the applicant,
. Mr. J. Heathcote, was not in attendance as had previously been arranged with
Alderman Thompson. — _

Both Mr. Lee and myself attempted to contact Mr. Heathcote during the week and
my telephone call to him was finally returned late Friday afternoon and as the
next Council meeting will not be until October 20th, and as Mr. Heathcote will
be. away at that time, we agreed that we would present the application to Council
right at 7:30 p.m. on Monday, October 6th and we trust that Mr. Heathcote will
be present at that time in accordance with the arrangements made with him.
