That as requested in a memorandum from the City Engineer, January 8th, 1974, -

the proposed Subdivison of a Portion of Lot 2, of Part of Block J, District Lot

466, Group One, Plan 9402 be exempted from the minimum frontage requirements as

set forth in Section 712(1) of the Municipal Act and in the City's Subdivision of

Land By-law under the provisions of Section 712(2) of the Municipal Act and in

saccordance with the Council Resolution of June 7th, 1972 dealing with minimum par-

cel widths.
