THE CORPORATION OF THE CITY OF PoRT COQUITLAM

BY-LAW NO. 1440 MAY 3 ~ 1976

A By-law to adopt the Annual Budget for The Corporation of the
City of Port Coquitlam for the current year, 1976,

WHEREAS Section 198 of the "Municipal Act", R.S.B.C. » 1960, provides
that the Annual Budget shall by By-law be adopted on or before the 15th day of
May in each year;

AND WHEREAS the said Annual Budget for the year 1976 is appended
hereto as Schedule "4" to this By-law;

NOW THEREFORE the Municipal Council of The Corporation of the City
of Port Coquitlam, in open meeting assembled, enacts as follows:

1. Schedule "A" to this By~law shall be the Annual Budget of The

Corporation of the City of Port Coquitlam for the year 1976,

2. This By-law may be cited for all purposes as the "City of Port

Coquitlam Annual Budget By-law, 1976, No, 1440", :
