BY-LAW NO. 1402

A By-law to amend the "City of Port Coquitlam Pound & Animal

Regulation By-law, 1970, No. 1020".
The Municipal Council of The Corporation of the City of Port
Coquitlam, in open meeting assembled, enacts as follows:
1. Section 3 of the "City of Port Coquitlam Pound and Animal Repula-
tion By-law, 1970, No. 1020" is repealed and the following is substituted:
"3, Every person owning or having the custody, care or control
of any dog shall keep such dog from running. at large."

Section 4 of the By-law is repealed and the following is substituted:

Every person owning or having the custod care or control of an

dog shall keep such dog from trespassing upon private property

whether running at large or upon a leash.'

3. This By-law may be cited for all purposes as the "City of Port

Coquitlam Pound and Animal Regulation By-law, 1970, No. 1020, Amendment
