The City Clerk is designated as the Head for the purposes of the Freedom of
Information and Protection of Privacy Act.

In accordance with Section 76.1(b) of the Act, in the absence of the City Clerk, the
City Administrator shall act as the Head.

The Head shall perform the duties of the Head specified in the Act.
The Head may require an applicant who makes a request under Section 5 of the Act

to pay the fees outlined in Schedule "A" attached to and forming part of this bylaw
and subject to Section 75 of the Act.
