A Bylaw to amend the "Port Coquitlam Zoning Bylaw, 1987, No. 2240" The ‘Municipal Council of The Corporation of the City of Port Coquitlam, in open meeting assembled, enacts as follows: 1. That certain parcel of land situated in Port Coquitlam, British Columbia which is more particularly described as: That portion of: Parcel One (Explanatory Pi. 12505) Lot D Section 6 Block 6 Plan 5312 New Westminster District identified "to be zoned RS-2" on the plan attached to this Bylaw as "Schedule A" totalling 395.0 m is hereby rezoned from A-1 (Agricultural) to RS-2 (Small Lot Residential) and the Zoning Map of the "Port Coquitlam Zoning Bylaw, 1987, No. 2240" is hereby amended to reflect this rezoning. That portion of: Parcel One (Explanatory Plan 12505) Lot D Section 6 Block 6 Plan 5312 New Westminster District identified."to be zoned RS-1" on the plan attached to this Bylaw as "Schedule A" totalling 1628.5 m is hereby rezoned from A-1 (Agricultural) to RS-1 (Large Lot Residential) and the Zoning Map of the "Port Coquitlam Zoning Bylaw, 1987, No. 5940" is hereby amended to reflect this rezoning. This Bylaw may be cited for all purposes as "Port Coquitlam Zoning Bylaw, 1987, No. 2240, Amendment Bylaw, 1992, No. 2746". Read a first time by the Municipal Council this 14th day of December, 1992.
