A Building Code review will be done at the time of the Building Permit Application. The preliminary plans submitted for this 8 ~ 3 Bedroom townhouse project meet all Zoning Bylaw requirements. The design of the units is attractive, however, the topography of the site needed to be taken into consideration. Amendments to the siting and elevation -£ some units was required, to ensure that the project has no negative impact on surrounding development. The project, as revised, should be a positive addition to the area. DISCUSSION Council had previously approved in Principle the rezoning of this property to RM-3. In doing so, Council also designated this area aa Development Permit Area XIV. The current Development Permit application satisfies Council's requirement for a Development Permit.
