THE CORPORATION OF THE CITY OF PORT COQUIT BYLAW NO. 2628 A Bylaw to stop up and close to traffic a portion of road shown dedicated on Plan 2416, Section 16, Block 6 North, Range 1 West, New Westminster District, in the City of Port Coquitlam. WHERRAS pursuant to Clause (b) of Subsection (1) of Section 578 of the "Municipal Act", being Chapter 290 of the revised Statutes of British Columbia, 1979, the Municipal Council may by bylaw stop up an close to traffic a highway or any portion ef a highway; AND WHEREAS the Municipal Council of the Corporation of the City of Port Coquitlam deems it desirable and expedient that a certain portion of highway hereinafter described be stopped up and closed to traffic; NOW THEREFORE the Municipal Council of the Corporation of the City of Port Coquitlam, in open meeting assembled, enacts as follows: 1. ALL that portion of road shown dedicated on Plan 2416, Section 16, Block 6 North, Range 1 West, New Westminster District included within the heavy outline on a reference plan certified by Donald S. Black, British Columbia Land Surveyor, on the 9th day of September, 1991; a copy of which is attached hereto; is hereby stopped up and closed to traffic. This Bylaw may be cited for all purposes as the "1700 Block Freemont Street (Plan 2416) Road Closure Bylaw, 1991, No. 2628".
