RE: Mary Hill Bypass at Coast Meridian Road.

Ultimately, we would prefer to see an internal road system
developed between Broadway Street and Kingsway Street. This would
provide access for all development traffic via the existing signal at
Kingsway, while minimizing the number of traffic signals on Mary HiT]
Bypass.
