G. The Developer: acknowledges that the execution of thls Agreement
by the City doas not bind the City or Its Approving Officer to
approve the future subd{viston er re-zoning of’ the Lands not
Included within the Phase | Subdivision Flan, and does not {Imit

the Counc!! of the City In the lawful exercise of Its legislative

discretion.

The Developer covenants and ‘agrees to complete the following works
(except those parts which may have already been Installed by others)

which are required for the servicing of Phase 1 of the subdiviston:

a. , construct a trunk watermaln external to the development In

accordance with the approved design drawings numbered 0699~097-08

to 0699-097-15 Inclusive which are attached as Schedule "Al";

construct a trunk sanitary sewer external to the development tn

accordance with the approved design. drawings numbered 0699-097-04

to 0699-097-07 Inclusive which are attached as Schedule "Br;

construct a trunk storm sewer external to the development in
accordance with the approved design drawings numbers 0699-09701
to 0699-097-03 Inclusive which are attached as Schedule "C0";

‘construct ali roads, curbs and gutters, boulevards, park

landscaping, watermatns, sanitary sewer malns, storm sewer mains,

street lights, sidewalks, Including all connections and necessary

appurtenances, all In accordance with design drawings numbered
0699-098-C1, LGI, Kl, 01 - 28 which are attached as Schedule "0"

and which may bea amended by thé Clty In Its sole discretion

provided that the Works shall be constructed substantially In

accordance wlth these drawings.

In carrying out the prescribed Works and services for Phase | the

Developer will:
