HUMBLY SHOWETH:

That the Municipal Counci! of The Corporation of the City of Port Coquitlam has. °
by bylaw No. 2014 cited as the "Kingsway Avenue Access (Plan 2252) Road Closure”
Bylaw, 1984, Nos 2014" stopped up and closed to traffic a certain portion of Road
therein described; , sc oo

That the said Bylaw No. 2014 of The Corporation of the City of Port Coquitlam was
reconsidered, finally passed and adopted by the Municipal Council of. The
Corporation of the City of Port Coquitlam on the 16th day of January, 1984 anda.
duly certified copy. is. attached hereto; , ee
That. the registered owners of all the adjoining. and contiguous lands have
consented to the closure of the said portion of Lane described in the. said Bylaw.
No. 2014 and:The Corporation of the City of Port Coquitlam has agreed to accept»
title to the land comprising the same; ; a a ee rn?

That it is no. longer necessary to. use the portion of Road described in the said
Bylaw No. 2014 as part of the Road system of the City and it. is the desire of the ~
Council of the said City to consolidate the portion of Road described in the ‘said.
Bylaw -No. 2014 with property lying west thereof, now. owned. by The Corporation. of.

the City of, Port Coquitiam, and to thereby create a new lot ct staining 887.1 m2..."
and then sell the consolidated lot at the price of $33,412.00. “ oy

That by resolution dated the 16th day .of January, 1984 the Municipal Council of =
The Corporation of the City of Port Coquitlam authorized the presentation of.a_
Petition, to the Minister of Municipal Affairs praying. for the abandonment of .the |
“portion of: Lane described in the. said Bylaw No. 2014 so stopped up and closed to.
