RECOMMENDATION

That subject to the concurrence of the City of Port
Coquitlam: :

1. The tenders received from Pitt Stop Motors Ltd.
and Kempenfeldt Holdings Ltd. be rejected.

2. That the certified cheques submitted by the bidders
be returned. ,

3. That the Purchasing Agent monitor the Market from
time to time with a view to again placing the trailer
out to public tender.
