Fixed Rare for Premises Used Solely for Residential Purposes:

This rate shall not apply to premises that have an unfiltered swimming pool
lozated thereon : .

(a) For a Single family dwelling Tet tsetse e tees ee ceceeees $5.75 per month

(b) For each self-contained houging unit located in a
duplex, triplex, apartment, condominium or any other
form of multiple housing TTT et ee ee eee eee cee se eens $5.75 per month

A ten per centum (10%) penalty shall be applied to that portion of the total
annual Fixed water rate which remains unpaid at the close of business on the
last Friday of March in each year.

B. Meter Rates:

Rates for water shall. be for the quantity used in any two (2) months period as
indicated by meter, which shall be installed on the water service for the
