Report of Planning and Zoning Committee Meeting held Thursday, July 2, 1981.

Upon receiving instructions by Council, to study By-law 1299, the Planning
and Zoning Committee offer the following amendment:

1. Any building moved into the City or any building moved from one property
to another within the City shall have an assessed value of not less than
90% of the average assessed value of all buildings (deducting both the
highest and lowest values), within a 600! radius of the lot or parcel
upon which 10 18 proposed to located the building. wise... ee,

It should be noted that the amendment will apply to all properties within
the City of Port Coquitlam and not just A.L.R. lands. .

The Committee recommends acceptance of the amendment subject to review
by the City Solicitor.
