RE: TEMPORARY FACILITIES

Dear Sirs,

With regard to our prior conversation regarding temporary facilities.
Unfortunately, due to Architectural problems we are delayed from

finalization of plans.

We would appreciate continuance of permission for the use of our
temporary trailer so that we may continue the operation of the golf

~ course.

We request the extension for one year to complete our architecture

and building program of our new facilities. -
