2. The Corporation of the City of Port Coquitlam is hereby authorized
to purchase of- and from the Registered Owner thereof ALL AND SINGULAR those
certain parcels or tracts of Jand and premises which may be more particularly
described as follows:
All that portion of Lot 34, Block "Q", District Lot 466, Group ‘One,
Plan 17811, New Westminster District containing an area of (0.0924 ha.
shown within the red outline on a By-law Plan sworn by Robert M. Reese,
 B.C.L.S. and dated the 12th day of December 1978, a copy of which is
attached hereto;
All that portion of Lot 33, Block "Q", District Lot 466, Group One,
Plan 17811, New Westminster District containing an ‘area of 0.0509 ha.
shown within the red outline on a By-law Plan sworn by Robert M. Reese,

B. Ce L.S. and dated the 12th day of December ‘1978, a copy of which is.

at or for the price or sum of One Dollar ($1.00) and in exchange for that certain

; parcel or tract of land described in the preceding Section hereof.

plan of Robert M. Reese, | B.C.L.S, is hereby closed and stopped up to traffic

7 _The said ‘lands to beso purchased as aforesaid shall, when so
conveyed to the said City, be established as an addition to the roads in
‘District Lot 466, Group One, New Westminster District. ;

5. The Mayor and City Clerk of ‘The Corporation of ‘the City of Port
Coquitlam are hereby authorized to “execute such conveyances, ‘deeds,

= maps, receipts and other documents on behalf of the said City as may be
necessary ‘for the purposes aforesaid and to affix the Corporate Seal of
the City thereto. °

6.0 This By-law may be cited for all purposes as the "Imperial Avenue

Plan 2294 Road Exchange By-law, 1979, No. 1645".
