Reese, B.C.L.S. and dated the 12th day of December 1978, a copy of which is attached hereto; All that portion of Lot 33, Block "Q", District Lot 466, Group One, Plan 17811, New Westminster District containing an ‘area of 0.0509 ha. shown within the red outline on a By-law Plan sworn by Robert M. Reese, B. Ce L.S. and dated the 12th day of December ‘1978, a copy of which is. at tached hereto at or for the price or sum of One Dollar ($1.00) and in exchange for that certain ; parcel or tract of land described in the preceding Section hereof.
