5, Clause (a) of Section 25 of the By-law is amended by repealing

sub-clause (ii) and substituting the following:
"(41i) fer day or part day a maintenance cost of $3.00."

6. Clause (b} of Section 25 of the By-law is anended by repealing

sub-clause (11) and substituting the following:

"(i4) Per day or part day a maintenance cost of $3.00."

7. . This By-lav shall take effect, come into force, and be binding on

all persons on and from the first day of January, 1980.
8. This By-law may be cited for all purposes as the "City of Port
Coquitlam Pound and Animal Regulation, 1970, No. 1020, Amendment By-law,

1979, No. 1695",
