RE: Duplex Strata Title Application

Lot 245, Plan 55551 ~ 1673 Magellan Street

The application in question is for a new duplex ‘strata title. Lot is
vacant and meets all the requirements for a two family residential use
as set down in the present Zoning By-law.

A visual inspection of the proposed site has been mada and jis concurrent
with our records on file of the area.

Would you please bring this to Council to determine if they will approve
it. Enclosed is a copy of preliminary plans and copy of strip map of

the area.
