as you way, no doubt, be aware, sale of the above Golf Course
to Dr. R. McLean collapsed, and we have, accordingly, been seeking another
purchaser. The Receiver has just recently accepted an offer fron a Mr.
Jenes NX. Methven, and ve enclose a copy of the Interim Agreement for sale.

Would you please let us have necessary approval from the City
of Port Coquitlam that it does not wish to exercise its option to purchase
the Golf Course, and thac it will assign the lease of the subject Property
to Hr. Methven.

. Mr. Methven's address is given as "c/o Hydes Johnston Ltd.,
te. 812, 837 West Hastings Street, Vancouver, B. C.", and he is a business
Executive.
