Re: Penny Place Subdivision - Cancellation of Right—Of-Way

The City is presently the holder of a right-of-way agreement covering a
sanitary sewer installation which, with the Penny Place Subdivision, was
relocated into the public road allowance and the City Engineer advises
that it would now be in order for the right-of-way to be cancelled.

Accordingly, we would request that Council give consideration to passage
of the following resolution:

"That the Indenture between The Corporation of the City of Port Coqud -lam
and the several persons and companies who are the registered owners of

Lots 222 to 251 inclusive, District Lot 290, Group 1, Plan 48412, New
Westminster District wherein the City releases and relinquishes all its
interests in the right-of-way agreement dated June 24th, 1968 and registered
in the New Westminster Land Registry Office on September 23rd, 1968 under
number D62366, be approved and the said right-of-way released accordingly;

AND THAT His Worship the Mayor and City Clerk be authorized to execute the
necessary document therefor and affix the corporate seal thereto."
