UNFINISHED BUSINESS: City Clerk re From the City Clerk, July 30th, 1975, advising that the following Zoning Regulations— Public Bldgs. resolution proposed as a result of Council ciscussion at the July 28th, 1975 meeting with respect to a report from the Planning & Zoning Committee concerning Zoning Regulations Governing Public Buildings, was deferred until this time: "That as recommended in the report from the Planning and Zoning Committee, July 24th, 1975, the development and use of public buildings should comply with all relevant by-law regulations." Alderman Thompson stated his view that the subject should be deferred until the September 8th, 1975 Council meeting when Alderman Ranger will be present, and he proposed the following motion: Moved by Alderman Thompson: Seconded by Alderman Laking: That consideration of the resolution proposed at the July 28th, 1975 Council meeting concerning the development and use of public buildings be deferred until the September 8th, 1975 Council meeting. Lorimer, being letters dated August per capita ‘catch-up! & Nat.Gas Rev. 10th, 1975 and July 29th, 1975, saspectively, and advising in the former | gcants that a cheque in the amount of $229,534.00 was enclosed representing four-fifths of the per capita "catch-up" grant established under the Municipalities Aid Act, witn the remaining one-fifth forthcoming in 1976; and in the latter, that a cheque in the amount of $25,000. was enclosed representing the City's basic support grant provided under the Natural Gas Revenue Sharing Act.
