60 MONTHS RENEWAL AGREEMENT

THIS AGREEMENT made the day of 19
between NEON PRODUCTS LTD,, at 1885 Clark Drive, Vancouver, B. C. :
CORPORATION OF THE CITY OF PORT COQUITLAM Owner,
and 2272 McAllister Avenue ,
Port Coquitlam, B. C.

Advertiser.
WITNESSETH: :

The parties hereto having mutually agreed to renew and vary Display Agreement made between
them and dated June 6, 1969 , therefore in consideration of the
premises it is mutually agreed as follows:

1. The Owner hereby grants to the Advertiser leave and license to use, for the term of sixty months
the display or displays, reading

POP. 15,000 (twice)

the subject of the said Display Agreement.

2. The Owner shall maintain and service the said display or displays as provided by the said Display
Agreement during such term,

3. The Advertiser shall pay to the Owner month!y and every month on the first day of each month
during such term commencing the first day of September 19 7h,
the sum of “2 - = - - +PIFTY-THREE- - ~ ~90/100 dollars ($ 53.90 )-

4. It is understuod and agreed by and between the parties hereto that the liability policy of insur-
ance carried by the Owner does not cover the Advertiser in the event of breach of the said Display
Agreement.

5. The said Display Agreement shall be varied in accordance with the terms of this Renewal
Agreement, otherwise the said Display Agreement and all provisions thereof shall be and remain in
full force and effect. :

6. It is expressly ngreed between the parties hereto that the Owner has not made any representations
to the Advertiser regarding the display other than such as are expressed in this agreement and the
contract above recited, it being agreed that this instrument contains and expresses the whole agree-
ment made between the parties hereto.

7. In the event of lute payment or default in payment, the Advertiser shall bear and pay an ad-
ditional 114% per month interest charge on such late payment or default of payments.
