. DRAFT RESOLUTION

MOBILE HOMES - PURSUANT TO NOTICE OF MOTION

ALDERMAN P. F. RANGER
on March 5th, 1973.

WHEREAS Mobile Homes do not pay their share of School Taxes;

NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that The Corporation of the City
of Port Coquitlam wild not allow the creation or extension of
Mobile Home Sites until such time as the Municipal Act is amended
to allow fair taxation of Mobile Homes; and further that all other
‘member municipalities of School District No. 43 (Coquitlam) be

urged to adopt a similar position.
