John, has two sons; Mike lives in Edmonton and Steve and his. wife Aimee and two sons in Edson, AB. Marge and John have five grand- children. . Marge has lived in Ter- race for 49 years, where she has been.a dedicated mem- ber of the Royal Canadian Legion. There she’s been | a director, secretary, mem- bership, helped ‘organize _ the. curling provincials and -other curling functions. _In. 1991, Marge was the ° games coordinator for the - Northern BC Winter Games and has been involved with almost all the winter games Terrace has hosted. _ She is ‘a member of the Terrace Beautification Soci- ety, a volunteer for the Child . Development Center, Band, executive of the Figure Skat- ing Club, softball coach, canvasser for the Heart and ‘Stroke for 25 years, Mothers” _ March, Red Shield Appeal, and is a Member of the Pen- tecostal Church. Marge was.also very in- volved with the BC Paraple- gic Association, on the board of directors for many years. - During that time, she helped push the city of Terrace to _ become more wheelchair ac- cessible and was involved in organizing fundraisers such as fishing derbys, raffles, etcetera. ; In 2002, Marge and John took four and.a half months leave from their jobs and travelled our beautiful coun- try of Canada, a trip they will always remember with fond memories. bingo, . He’s coached soccer and ball and the Seniors Games slow _pitch ball team. When he be- came-eligibie to play for the team, he joined as a centre fielder. He is a member of the Elks Club and the Royal.
