On Tuesday, Dec. 10
George Ball received a
one day jail sentence and
three years probation in
Terrace provincial court
for committing an
assault with a weapon.

On Tuesday, Dec. 10
Eric Blomberg was fined
$350 for failure to pro-
vide a breath sample for
analysis to determine the
proportion, if any, of
alcohol in his blood.
Blomberg was also fined
§300 for an offence
under the motor vehicle
act.
