BYLAW NO. 2336

A Bylaw to amend the "Port Coguitlam Zoning Bylaw, 1987, No, 2240"

The Municipal council of the Corporation of the City of Sort Coguitlam, in
open meeting assembled, enacts as follows:

l. That certain parcel of land situated in Port Coguitlam, British
Columbia which is more particularly described as:

that part of Lot "A", District Lots 174 and 285, Group One, Plan
5719, New Westminster District, included within the heavy outline ,
and identified as "Part of Lot "A" Area To Be Rezoned" on the :
plan prepared by Peter T. Mason, BCLS, and dated the 2nd day of :
February, 1988 with an area of 1.459 ha, plus or minus,

igs hereby rezoned from A-1 (Agricultural) to RS~2 (Small Lot Residential) and

the Zoning Map of the "Port Coguitlam Zoning Bylaw, 1987, No. 2240" i hereby | |
amended to reflect tr:s rezoning,

Ze This Bylaw may be cited for all purposes as "Port Coquitlam Zoning :
Bylaw, 1987, No. 2240, Amendment Bylaw, 1988, No. 2338".
