4. In the event that the Corporation, pursuant to the Municipal'Act, shovid establish a special benefitting area to provide off-street parking for an area within the City which includes the business premises arid upon which a special rate or tax is levied against the business premises for such purposes, this restrictive covenant granted by the Applicant to the Corporation shall cease to exist and forthwith become null and void and a release of the said Restrictive Covenant over the parking premises shall be granted hy the Corporation, and at the expense of the Corporation, to the Applicant within sixty days (60) of the Applicant's written request that the Restrictive Covenant be released. 5. The Applicant covenants and agrees that the said parking premises, lying and being in the City of Port Coquitlam, in the Province of BritishColumbia, and more particularly known and described as Lot 84, District Lot 379, Group 1, Plan New Westminster District, shall be used to park motor vehicles used by persons patronizing the business premises and for no other purpose subject to the terms and conditions as set out heretofore in this Agreement. 6. This Restrictive Covenant is granted by the Applicant to the Corporation pursuant to Section 24 (a) of the Land Registry Act of the Province of British Columbia and shall run with the Applicant's land hereinbefore described and bind the parking premises.
