Freeman City Clerk Re: Modular Homes — Amendment to Building Moving By-law In accord with the Council's instructions of December 2nd, 1975 the above noted subject was referred to ovr Solicitor with the request that provision be made for City acceptance of Approvals of modular homes given by Central Mortgage and Housing Corporation. The form of By-law drafted by our Solicitor is attached hereto. . V£ Council finds this wording to be acceptable might we suggest that it be referred to the two manufacturers of modular homes who appeared before the Council - Mariner Homes Ltd. and F.G. Fowler and Associates. The present wording of Section 2 of the By-law is set out below for Council's infornation and comparison with the Solicitors proposal: 2.
