DISCUSSION:

The site is currently zoned RT-1 (Two-Fumily Residential), the applications are to change
the zone to RM-4 (Apartment). The proposed building generally conforms to zoning regulations
and to the design guidelines outlined in the Official Community Pian.

_ The applicant has submitted current Certificates of Title to prove that he is the registered bee
owner of both properties. Copies of these Certificates are kept in the Planning application files. ea
There are no other owners whose interests could be negatively affected by granting this

extension.

It is therefore recommended that Council approve the extension of these applications
subject to the conditions in the Recommendation Section. -
