A Bylaw to amend the "Port Coquitlam Zoning Bylaw, 1987, No. 2240" The Municipal Council of The Corporation of the City of Port Coquitlam, in ope: meeting assembled, enacts as follows: l, 2. This Bylaw may be cited for all purposes as "Port Coquitlam Zoning Bylaw, 1987, No 2240, Amendment Bylaw, 1994, No. 2929". That certain parcel of land situated in Port Coquitlam, British Columbia which is more particularly descrited as: Lot A District Lot 344 Group One Plan LMP6114 New Westminster District is hereby rezoned from C-1 (Comer Store) to CD (Comprehensive Development) and the Zoning Map of the "Port Coquitlam Zoning Bylaw, 1987, No. 2240" is hereby amended ta reflect this rezoning. Notwithstanding the "Uses Permitted" described under ‘Pait xT - Comprehensive Development Zone" of the "Port Coquitlam Zoning Bylaw, 1987, No. 2240", the uses permitted within the aforementioned land shall be restricted to those listed in Schedule I which is attached hereto and forms part of this Bylaw. Notwithstanding the "Conditions of Uses" described under "Part XII - Comprehensive Development Zone" of the "Port Coquitlam Zoning Bylaw, 1987, No. 2240", the height, lot coverage, front yard setback, side yard setback, and rear yard setback shall be in accordance with the plans attached in Schedule I which is attached hereto and forms part of this Bylaw; and furthermore, compliance with the provisions under subsections (7) and (8), of Part IX, Section 902 "Neighbourhood Commercial (C-2)”" of the "Port Coquitlam Zoning Bylaw, 1987, No. 2240" shall apply to all uses permitted within the aforementioned land. All buildings and structures shall be built in substantial compliance with the plans attached in Schedule II which is attached hereto and forms part of this Bylaw. | oo, Read a first time by the Municipal Council this 12th day of September, 1994.
