A Bylaw to amend the “Port Coquitlam Zoning Bylaw, 1987, 2240” OCT G4 1993

The Municipal Council of The Corporation of the City of Port Coquitlam, in
open meeting assembled, enacts as follows:

1. That certain parcel of land situated in Port Coquitlam, British Columbia
which ls more particularily described as:

Lot 34, EXCEPT: Part subdivided by Plan 40830
District Lot 465

Group One

Plan 25135

New Westminster District

is hereby rezoned from RS-l (Estate Residential) to CD (Comprehensive

Development) and the Zoning Map of the "Port Coquitlam Zoning Bylaw, 1987,
No. 2240,” is hereby amended to reflect this rezoning.

Notwithstanding the permitted uses described under "Part XII. -
Comprehensive Development Zone", the uses permitted within the
aforementioned land shall be restricted to those listed in Schedule “I”
and shown on Schedule "II" which are attached hereto and forms part of
this bylaw.

This Bylaw may be cited for all purposes as the "Port Coquitlam Zoning
Bylaw, 1987, No. 2240, Amendment Bylaw, 1992, No. 2672".

Read a second time by the Municipal Council this 11th day of May, 1992.

Public Hearing held this lst day of June, 1992.
Read a third time by the Municipal Council this day of » 1992.

Received the approval of the Minister of Transportation and Highways

Reconsidered, finally passed and adopted by the Municipal Council of the
Corporation of The City of Port Coquitlam this day of , 1992.
