RESOLUTION:

That as recommended by the Director of Planning in his memorandum of December 3rd, 1992
the Voluntary Development Variance Permit be issued for 2432 Kitchener Avenue.

BACKGROUND & COMMENTS:

Pursuant to instructions issued by the Council at its meeting of Decernber 14th, 1992 the owners
and residents of property surrounding the subject properties have been advised that Council are
considering issuance of this Voluntary Development Variance Permit on February Ist, 1993.
Accordingly, at this time written or verbal submissions should be considered by the Council and
a decision reached as to whether or not the Development Variance Permit should be issued.
