The property is located at 3787 Coast Meridian Road and would permit the
development of three single family residential lots.

Mr. G. Goodrich of 3757 Sefton Street expressed his opposition to
subdividing large properties into small parcels.

Mr. Lundry, owner of the property, gave a brief description of the
proposed subdivision and the reason for his request to rezone.

Mr. H. Jacobson of 1460 Apel, expressed his opposition to the larger
parcel being broken up into smaller lots.

Ms. S. Cox of 4021 Coast Meridian was also not in favour of the large
parcel being broken up into smaller lots.
